Discalimer: I own nothing.
I believe there's a place where the restless souls wander. Burdened by the weight of their own sadness, they cannot enter Heaven. And so they wait, trapped between our world and the next, endlessly searching for a way to rid themselves of their pain - in the hopes that somehow, some day they will be reunited with the ones they love.

Chapter One: that night
"Daddy" Paris said tugging on her fathers arm lightly, while his head laid back in his hospital bed. Slowly he turned and looked down at his daughter, a smile spreading to his lips.
"Honey bear" he purred, struggling to sit up, but quickly deciding against it and laying back down "How's my little girl?".
"okay" she answered in a whisper "Are you dying daddy?".
"Yes sweetie" he answered "I am".
"I don't want you to die" she pouted "I want you to come home with me, Mommy and Patty".
"I can't do that honey bear" he answered, struggling to fight back the tears "I'm sorry".
"No" Paris cried loudly " I don't want you to go, I just don't know what I'm going to do without you" crying, he reached over and stroked his daughters chin.
"You're going to do just fine" he reassured, his wife Penelope Halliwell appearing at the door with their two month old daughter Partcia up in arms "and I want to tell you something. When I look at you so excited about life, I see myself, and that's a gift, a gift that I will take with me, that I'll always treasure. Promise me one thing, that you'll follow your heart wherever it takes you. Trust it. Will you do that?".
"I will" Paris promised. He smiled weakly before collapsing back into his bed with his flat line. The tough thing about following your heart is what people forget to mention, that sometimes your heart takes you to places you shouldn't be, places that are as scary as they are exciting and as dangerous as they are alluring, and sometimes your heart takes you to places that can never lead to a happy ending.
"No" Paris cried hugging her fathers limp arm "don't leave me Daddy please, I love you. Come back to me".
"Paris" Penelope cried, running across the room and grabbing her daughter "let's go, please".
"No" Paris cried.
"No" Paris screamed, causing all the monitors in the hospital to burst with a sudden volt of electricity. And that's not even the difficult part. The difficult part is when you follow your heart, you leave normal, you go into the unknown.
"It will get better" Penelope promised kissing her daughter on the head and walking off, turning back "I promise" with that she flicked off the light and closed the door.
