"Do it," he said, in his usual tone. Cold. Heartless. Everything that Michael Guerin stood for, there it was.
Everyone knew about Michael's bad boy reputation. He definitely showed it in his attitude, and the way he treats people. But, no one bothered to change him. Besides his close group of friends, Michael barely talked to anyone. And if he did, it was just to make fun of them.
"Oh, come on! If you want to become one of us, you're going to have to," Michael commanded again.
Michael, Max, Isabel, and Tess were all standing in the parking lot, watching Kyle Valenti. They always did this to people, who wanted to become one of them. Make them go through some challenge that could get them into deep sh*t. This time, it was to go into the administration office, and change all of their grades.
"Is he going to do it, or what?" Max asked Michael. But, he didn't answer. All he did was watch Kyle, trying to find a way into the school.
After a few minutes passed, he went up to him, and handed him something. "Use it," Michael said with no emotion.
Kyle looked down in his hand, and saw a rock. "Are you crazy?! If I throw a rock through the window, it'll set off the alarm. I'm not dumb, you know!" Then, Michael gave Kyle a smile, and said, "Then I'll do it for you." He threw the rock, breaking the window into ltitle bits. Then, a loud beeping noise echoed in the air. "The alarm!" Kyle exclaimed.
Max quickly drove the car by Michael, as he got in. "See ya!" Michael yelled to Kyle, as they drove away from the school.
As they were driving down the road, they saw a lot of cops heading the way the came from. At first, everything was going fine, but soon, the Sheriff got involved.
Obviously wondering why four kids are out on the road at after midnight, he stopped the car. "Mr. Guerin. Why am I not surprised you're in the car?" Sheriff Valenti asked.
"Nothing wrong with taking a spin, is there?" Michael quickly shot back.
The sheriff glared at him, staring in his eyes. "There was a break-in at the highschool, apparently done by my own son. But you know, Kyle isn't the type of person who would do that, now would he?"
"I don't know, sir. He's your son. Not mine."
"True. That is true, but I can't help but wonder if this is really just a midnight stroll. Now, either tell the me the truth, or I'll have you arrested. NOW!" Valenti yelled.
"Sir, even if I am lying, do you have any evidence to prove that? I don't think so. And without prove, you can't arrest us. So do you mind if we go home now?"
Sheriff Valenti stared in anger. "I'm going to have you guys arrested someday, you hear me?! You just wait!" The man walked away, as Max rolled up his window
"That was a close one," Isabel said softly.
Max nodded in agreement. "Yeah, Michael. Seriously, can we just stop this once and for all? I don't like getting in trouble like this. Valenti is going to catch us someday, and you know it too."
"Well, well. Like brother, like sister," Michael commented. "But guess what, he hasn't so far. So I'm not going to just stop, okay? Now, stop b!tching, and take us home, Max."
"But Michael-" Isabel stopped. He knew Michael wasn't going to listen. He didn't when they were together, and he wasn't going to start now. "Nevermind."
Michael had just called me up, and told me to meet him in the park. I never thought that it would ever happen, but it did.
When I got there, I saw him already here, sitting on the swing set. "So, are we just going to swing, or did you have something to say?"
"Iz, you know that I love you, but I can't handle it right now. I can't handle being in a relationship. Not with you. Not with anyone else. It's too hard. I have a hard enough time taking care of myself. I hope you understand."
"So we're breaking up…"
Michael nodded, and walked away.
"Isabel! Isabel!" Max yelled. "We're home. Now please. Get out of the car before Mom suspects anything."
Isabel opened her eyes, but she was still lost in her memory. "Sorry…" she said, she took a step out of the car. "So you brought them back home already?"
"Yup. Michael got dropped off first, and then Tess. Hey, are you feeling alright? You seem kinda out of it."
"I guess. I'm just going to go to sleep now. Goodnight, Max." Isabel said, as she walked up the stairs, and into her room.

2, 21, 20. No. 12, 29, 0. Not that. 24, 3, 9.
"Da*n it, what is it?!" she yelled out loud. Everyone started staring at her, but she didn't care about that right now.
Liz Parker was usually really calm, and gentle. Now, her hands were shaking, and she couldn't even think. Even getting her locker open was a challenge.
"20, 12, 0," a deep voice said to Liz.
"What?!" she yelled again. Liz didn't mean to say it that loud. It just came out like that.
"Are you deaf? 20, 12, 0." Michael repeated.
"I don't even want to know how you got my locker combination," Liz replied in a calmer tone. She turned around, but he wasn't there anymore.
"Don't you hate it when guys do that? Just leave you hanging like that?" another voice said, coming from her left.
"Oh, hey Maria," Liz said while smiling. No matter how she was feeling, Ria always brightened up her day. "By the way, I completely agree with you. It is very annoying when guys do that, but it's just Michael. It's so like him to do that."
Maria nodded, and asked in a casual tone, "So, why are you acting all schizo today?"
"Kyle. He got arrested last night, by his own father." Liz was so worried when she heard the news. Kyle wasn't the kind of person that would do that.
"Yeah, yeah. Alex told me. But, hey! When you want better grades, that's what you gotta do." Maria commented.
"Ria, I tutored him. Everyone I tutor passes. It's how things work. I, for one, know he didn't do it. I think he was forced into it. Probably by-"
"Me?" Tess asked curiously.
"Uhh…uhh…" Liz and Maria both said awkwardly.
Normally, Liz wouldn't do that, but it was Tess. Not that she wasn’'t afraid to stand up to her. But, her dad was the principal of the school. Besides being one of the richest kids, she has immense control over her dad. If she says 'Daddy, I want Liz Parker expelled', he would do it right away.
"No, Tess. They didn't mean you." Alex answered for the girls. "Now, come on. You wanna go check out Kyle and see how he's doing?"
He pushed the girls away from Tess, and walked out the doors of West Roswell High.
"Thank you! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Maria squealed. "I can't believe you did that for us."
Alex knew it wasn't that big of a deal, but he didn't mind an ego boost from time to time. "Thanks, ladies. I do what I can. Now, after we deal with Kyle, we still up for movie night? Gym wasn't that encouraging, and I could really use a night with you two. Is that okay?"
"Wow, I'm so surprised you had a tough time in gym. Not!" Max said, staring at the three of them, walking down the stairway, to the bus.
"Dude, shut up, okay?" Alex said. He couldn't think of any other comebacks.
"Oh, be quiet, Whitman. I could pin you to the ground, and beat you until you cry mercy in about 2 seconds. But, I don't have that kind of time." Max said coldly.
"Listen, Max. Why don't you give Alex a break. He hasn't done anything to you. Now, lets just go and find Kyle!" Maria pointed out.
"Oh, so you have women defending you know, huh?! That's really cool of you."
"Shut up!" Alex yelled, as he ran up to Max.
"Oh yeah? What you going to do about it?" Max yelled back.
Alex then punched Max in the stomach, but it barely hurt Max.
"Oh, man. You just made a bad decision." He punched him in the face, and Alex fell to the floor and started bleeding.
"Alex!?" Liz and Maria both yelled. They tried to go over and help, but the crowd surrounded the fight.
Alex ran up to him, and tried to punch him again, obviously not caring about his blood dripping everywhere. But, Max stopped it. He was just about to punch Alex in the stomach, but after someone yelled stop, that's exactly what Max did.
"Maxwell. Give the kid a break." Michael walked over, pushing the crowd apart. He offered his hand to Alex, but he just got up by himself.
The girls ran over, and gave Alex a hug. "Are you okay? Do you want to go to the nurse?" They asked a bunch of questions, but Alex just shook his head and walked on the bus.
"Dude, why did you stop me? I could've gotten him bad!" Max yelled.
Michael ignored Max, and followed everyone on the bus.
"Fu*k…" he muttered to himself. Every seat was taken, except for the one by Liz. Even though he didn't want to, he slumped down on the seat next to Liz.
"I think Alex wants to say thanks. About the thing you did back there," Liz said, hoping he would respond. But, he didn't. "Listen, I don't really care if you want to respond or not. I'm just telling you, even though I doubt you care. It seems like you don't care about anything."
The rest of the way, Michael just listened to his CD, while Liz read her book, casually taking a look at Michael sometimes. She had to admit, Michael was hot. But, Liz didn't just like a guy that had good looks. It was their personality, and Michael's was not the kind Liz was looking for.
When the bus stopped, Liz, Alex, and Maria got off their seats, and started walking towards the door. Michael was still lost in his own world.
"Michael!" Liz yelled. At first, he didn't hear it, so Liz took of the headphones. "You live right next to me. This is your stop too. Remember..?"
He stared up awkwardly, and nodded. He and Liz soon got off the bus together, and watched it drive off. Alex and Maria were already inside.
"We're just about to watch a movie and stuff. Would you like to join us?" Liz asked politely. Even if she didn't want to, she was taught to be nice.
"I guess. Just as long as we're not watching some chick flick." Michael headed towards the door of Liz's house.
"I just realized something…" Liz commented. "We've been neighbors since 3rd grade, and this is the first time you've set foot in my house!"
"Wow. That's just so amazing!" he muttered sarcastically. "Just invite me in…"
"Another surprise. I thought a guy like you would just run inside like a barbarian." Michael just stared blankly at Liz. "Yeah, yeah. Just go in."
The both of them walked in, and Liz said, "Oh yeah. We're going to see Kyle Valenti too!"

|*Gasp* It's been awhile, huh? Well, don't worry, because since the place I roleplay at is down, and I have just about nothing to do, I'll be working on the new part soon. Hopefully, I won't get writer's block *Sigh*|
